Venci builds made to measure benches for dining rooms, hallways and windows, with storage under the seat and cushions in leather or fabric. Everything is drawn for the room and built in our own workshop.
A bench is one of the most straightforward pieces of furniture to build, and one of the hardest to do well. We build benches for your room, so they become seating, storage and architecture at once.
At the dining table
A bench along the wall makes room for more people around the table and takes up less space than chairs. We design the height and depth so it is comfortable to sit on for hours.
In the hallway
A bench in the hallway gives you somewhere to sit, put on shoes and store what would otherwise be left out. Storage can be designed in beneath the seat and in cupboards alongside.
Built into the room
Benches can be built into niches, by windows and along walls, so they become part of the lines of the room.
Upholstery and materials
Seats can be in wood or upholstered. We choose materials and fabrics that suit the use and the rest of the home.
