How we work
From first conversation to installation.
Everything we build starts with a conversation and a drawing. Here you can see how a project unfolds from the first visit to the finished piece, so you know what happens and when.
1. Conversation
We start with a conversation about your home, your life and your wishes. We listen to how you use the rooms and what should change.
2. Survey and drawing
We measure on site and draw the solution in detail. You see dimensions, materials and layout before anything is built.
3. Approval and quote
You receive a quote valid for 14 days and approve the drawings and measurements in writing before we begin. Once approved, they are final.
4. Production
Everything is built in our own workshop. Our production is ISO certified.
5. Delivery and installation
We deliver and install, and we review the result together with you. You receive care instructions for the materials you have chosen.
Payment
The payment terms are set out in our terms and conditions: 70 per cent on order confirmation and 30 per cent when the first delivery leaves the factory, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
