You will find our contact details above.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">Our company is not required to have an external DPO, but if you have questions about the processing of your personal data, you can contact us at info@venci.dk.<\/p><h2>Processing activities<\/h2><p class=\"pp\">As data controller under the GDPR, we carry out the following processing activities.<\/p><h3>Visits to our website<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">When you visit our website, we use cookies so that the website can function. Other cookies, for example for statistics, are only used if you have given your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings, which you will find as a small button at the bottom of the page.<\/p><h3>Communication with potential customers<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">If you have questions about our website or would like to hear more about our services, you can contact us via the contact form, email or telephone.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">Through this we process your personal data so that we can enter into a dialogue with you, for example to answer questions about our services. We only process the information you give us in connection with our communication.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">We typically process the following general information: name, email and telephone number.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">Our legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">We delete our communication with you once it is clear whether you want our services or not. In special cases there may be a need to retain your personal data for longer.<\/p><h3>Newsletter<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">We have a newsletter that is voluntary to subscribe to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">The purpose of the newsletter is to send subscribers emails with new information from the company, which may concern new content on the website and presentations of our services.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">We only send you emails if you have given your active consent. This first requires you to enter your email address, to which we then send an email so you can confirm your subscription. This ensures that you have signed up for the newsletter yourself and thereby given active consent.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">Our legal basis for processing your personal data (your email address) in connection with the newsletter is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">We process your personal data for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending it to you. If we have not sent you a newsletter for one year, your consent lapses because of our inactivity.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we keep a record of your previous consent for two years after it was last used, because of the limitation rules, cf. the Consumer Ombudsman's spam guidance, section 11.3.<\/p><h3>Customers<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that the service is delivered correctly. This may involve processing information about name, address, services, special agreements, payment information and the like.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">Once the service has been delivered and any outstanding matters have been settled, we delete the personal data immediately afterwards, with the exception of the information we are required to keep under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.<\/p><h3>Bookkeeping<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">We are required to keep all accounting records under the Danish Bookkeeping Act. This means we keep invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. These may contain general personal data such as name, address and a description of the service.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">Our legal basis for processing personal data for bookkeeping is Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">We keep this information for a minimum of five years after the end of the current financial year.<\/p><h3>Job applications<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">We welcome job applications so that we can assess whether they match a recruitment need in our company.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">If you send us your job application, our legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">If you have sent an unsolicited application, we assess immediately whether it is relevant and then delete your information again if there is no match.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">If you have applied for an advertised position, we dispose of your application immediately after the right candidate has been found, unless you are hired.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">If you become part of a recruitment process and\/or are hired for the job, we will give you separate information about how we process your personal data in that connection.<\/p><h3>Booking a meeting<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">When you book a meeting via the calendar on venci.dk, we process your name, email, telephone number and address, as well as any notes you write yourself. The information is used only to arrange, confirm and carry out the meeting at your home, including sending a confirmation and any cancellation by email.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">The legal basis is that the processing is necessary to carry out the meeting you have requested, cf. Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The booking information is stored with our web host, Simply.com, in Denmark and is not passed on to others. We delete the information when it is no longer needed for the meeting and any subsequent agreement.<\/p><h2>Data processors<\/h2><p class=\"pp\">Few people can manage everything alone, and the same goes for us. We therefore have partners and use suppliers, some of which may be data processors.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">External suppliers may, for example, provide systems for organising our work, services, advice, IT hosting or marketing.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">It is our responsibility to ensure that your personal data is handled properly. We therefore set high requirements for our partners, and our partners must guarantee that your personal data is protected.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">We therefore enter into agreements with companies (data processors) that handle personal data on our behalf, in order to increase the security of your personal data.<\/p><h2>Disclosure of personal data<\/h2><p class=\"pp\">We do not disclose your personal data to third parties.<\/p><h2>Profiling and automated decisions<\/h2><p class=\"pp\">We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.<\/p><h2>Transfers to third countries<\/h2><p class=\"pp\">As a rule, we use data processors in the EU\/EEA, or which store data in the EU\/EEA.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">In some cases this is not possible, and data processors outside the EU\/EEA may then be used if they can give your personal data adequate protection.<\/p><h2>Security of processing<\/h2><p class=\"pp\">We keep the processing of personal data secure by having introduced appropriate technical and organisational measures.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">We have carried out risk assessments of our processing of personal data and have then introduced appropriate technical and organisational measures to increase the security of processing.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">One of our most important measures is to keep our employees up to date on the GDPR through ongoing awareness training, GDPR courses and reviews of our GDPR procedures with employees.<\/p><h2>Data subjects' rights<\/h2><p class=\"pp\">Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you. If you want to exercise your rights, please contact us so that we can help you.<\/p><h3>Right to access information (right of access)<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a range of additional information.<\/p><h3>Right to rectification (correction)<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">You have the right to have inaccurate information about yourself corrected.<\/p><h3>Right to erasure<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">In special cases you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our normal general deletion.<\/p><h3>Right to restriction of processing<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">In certain cases you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to restricted processing, we may in future only process the information, apart from storage, with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.<\/p><h3>Right to object<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">In certain cases you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You may also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing.<\/p><h3>Right to data portability<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">In certain cases you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transmitted from one controller to another without hindrance.<\/p><p class=\"pp\">You can read more about your rights in the Danish Data Protection Agency's guidance on data subjects' rights, which you will find at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.datatilsynet.dk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.datatilsynet.dk<\/a>.<\/p><h3>Withdrawal of consent<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">Where our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent.<\/p><h3>Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency<\/h3><p class=\"pp\">You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data.
